I'd like to "officially" welcome Betworks.com to our family of elite sports books. This is a publically traded company, licensed and regulated in Australia.

I realize that Betworks had a choice on where to spend their advertising dollars, and I wholeheartedly appreciate their trust in us...

Here's what they have to offer our gamblers right away...

They don't answer emails. I had a couple simple questions and they blew me off, so I'll blow them off when it's deposit time.

Another of my favorite books to play at. How can you go wrong laying -107 on hoops, football etc..... plus having the peace of mind to have your money put in escrow. One of the best books out there when all things are considered and one of the safest as well.

Two great additions have been added to the advertisers here recently. Glad to be a part of a site with advertisers such as these up top. Books you know players will be safe at. Very nice work Ken and glad you have chosen us BetWorks, thank you.

The following conditions apply to the additional $50 wagering credit provided with a deposit of $500 with Betworks:-
All standard account terms and conditions apply.
A client may deposit more than $500, however the additional credit amount will be limited to $50.
There are no turnover or wagering restrictions or requirements.
A client may only withdraw the positive balance of the wagering account (i.e. the $50 credit is not able to be withdrawn).

The credit amount will be rescinded once a withdrawal is made.
If the betting credit is exhausted, the balance of the account will be subsequently reset to zero.
Betworks reserves the rights to alter these rules and, if appropriate, cancel the betting credit if it becomes apparent that an individual or group of individuals is/are attempting to take undue advantage or manipulate the spirit of the promotion.
Should Betworks waive one or more of these Terms and Conditions, in the interests of client service, this will not set a precedent for the future and all subsequent transactions will be dealt with in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Payments will not be made to any person who fails to meet the Terms and Conditions of the promotion.

That's one hell of a long condition writeup on the whopping $50 bonus.

I can help here SPIVE. Betworks, because they are highly regulated, can't offer certain things. Under ACT's (Australian Capital Territory) law, they can not have rollover requirements. Any money in a player's account, is their's to withdraw period, thus the betting credit.

C.M.

P.S. Betworks advertises with Bet2Gamble.com

Proof of identity
Our Australian Capital Territory government licence requires that we validate the personal details of our customers. In order to confirm your age and identity, you will need to send us copies of identification documents such as a passport or driver's licence. Further, if you use a credit card to transfer funds into your wagering account, we also need a copy of both sides of any card(s) used.

We recommend you send your proof of identity documents to us as soon as you set up your account. This will ensure that there are no delays in processing withdrawals from your wagering account.

We are happy for you to make wagers as soon as your account is funded, but we are unable to process withdrawals from your account until we have received your proof of identity documents.

Just a brief note to say thanks to all those who have given Betworks a positive response.

Dell dude,

I am not aware of the circumstances of the non reply to your email requests. All I can say is that if we did not provide you with the level of service you expected, we will try and lift our game. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions in respect of Betworks, and we will endeavour to answer them as fully as possible.

Spive

We acknowledge that these particular conditions seem rather excessive. I know you will find it hard to believe but this situation came about as a result of our status as being a licensed and regulated "gambling service provider". We operate under a gambling service provider code of practice that applies only in this jurisdiction. As a result of the code of practice, we cannot impose roll-over requirements on any deposit or subsequent bonus. Therefore we were required to come up with some fairly convoluted terms in order to be able to offer a modest sign-up bonus.

Please do not take this the wrong way, but if there were no people out there who would try and take undue advantage of bonus offerings, we would not need to impose such convoluted terms.
