when i was about 11, i was in florida on vacation and i happened across a bucket full of baby turtles. for some reason, i decided to take the bucket back to the car where i had my fred lynn model 29 inch louisville slugger. i hit everyone of those baby turtles like i was hitting fungos out to the left fielder.

I sliced a tiny amount from baseball cards back in the day to make them mint. I was very good at it. Then took them to card shows and sold them to professional dealers who ripped me off by giving me up to 60% of the cards supposed worth. That was great! Robin Yount rookie, rickey henderson rookie, cal ripken 82 topps rookie and a few others...got about 500 from doing that crap to these scum bags that took advantage of us 16 year olds!
When I was a mere spalpeen, a mere boyo, I went to the local Safeway and stole some candy. The cop took me to the alley behind the store and roughed me up a bit. I never stole again after this. Today, they would call it police brutality. Looking back, I am grateful to that cop for the valuable lesson.

You guessed it, I would open em and re-seal em after I searched for the good cards. Got a few good cards that way, but lost the job. Oh well, live and learn. Taught me a lesson.
