Minor complaint of BigBetPoker...

Their money transfer system.

I sent 500 via Neteller to them last night to play in the TheRx weekly game. Asked for a 600 w/d after the game via Neteller.

Here is their email:

Sounds like an online casino. 48hr hold then probably another 24-48hrs for Virtual Exchange to act.

This is known as the "Moron Clause", since only a moron would believe that it's a "privilege" to have to wait 2 days to receive their money.

Quite insulting, actually, the way it's worded.

not sure if you read the cashout rules but just be happy that you did not make the cash out request on a weekend

have to wait until monday.

frank- i think most poker rooms make you wait a day or so before you get cashouts except for wsex of course.

i did a cashout at bigbet myself. we'll see if the cash is sitting in my neteller account 24 hours or less after i made the request.

If BigBet wanted to hold it 24hrs that's fine by me but 48hrs AND then sending it to a 3rd party processor is too much BS.

strange frank. i cashed out about 50% of what you did and the cash was in my neteller account in less than 24 hours.

what deposit method did you use and what withdrawal method did you request?

There is the timing difference on deposits/withdrawals.

A credit card that deposits instantly actually only deposits twice a month.
The 14th and the 28th as far as CASH is concerned.
That is the nature of the business.

Its the same for Netteller, there are timing differences here too.

If you play at a big book, they have the cashflow to cope with this stuff.
You get it straight away, even before your deposit cash is received.(assuming you have won)

But other, smaller places, have to follow the timing difference rules.
