While I have never tried to use this, I was reading where someone required a copy of the user's paid phone bill before paying this guy. Is that standard procedure, even if a couple or more months have passed since the initial transaction?
Also-Is there any seperate charge for depositing this way. ( dollar for dollar or % or exactly how do they charge fees if any?)
Hopefully Neteller will be around forever, but this might work as long as I didn't have to send my phone bill after a good while--That would tick me off big time!
