She might say that it was tongue-in-cheek, but using a threat of war to get people to focus on a topic still seems like a VERY poor choice to me.

This is just one of many reasons Iowa ranks 10-1 over Nebraska. Declaring war on Iowa would be a huge mistake by this silly state. Iowans would classify it only as a "conflict" as they laugh their way to victory.
