IMHO that article was pretty poor,

you don't get to be a wiseguy by taking shots at bad lines then bemoaning the fact you won't get paid.

SODIUM............i think the person quoted was trying to convey that books that deal weak lines can be (and are) suspect as far as being stable....

meaning that if a book deals weak lines on a regular basis, they will become food for sharks and sooner or later run into trouble.....IMO
