Ask a guy named Buzzsaw about them:

"05/09 BetOnUSA.com - Downgraded to the Black List - Poorly run slow pay operation at best"
--------------------

I thought you already just "loaded up" with GCS.

I inquired about GCS. I never said I loaded up there.

I've played there. Recieved a free $50 bonus account, took it up to $500 (their requirement to cashout) and then did cashout. I recieved the $$ in my Neteller in 24 hrs. I then reloaded w/ them and lost. But I would rate them a good customer service book. For payouts, they were prompt enough. Haven't heard anything bad about them.

NOTE: Their 20% bonus requires a 10x rollover! Their 10% bonus requires a 3x

Except for my post, which is 2 posts above this one.

It would probably be worthwhile getting Buzzsaw's story on this one.

Sorry Halifax, missed your post. Did you ever play there?

I have a small balance there right now. Under a dime. I'm going to cashout and will let everyone here know how this goes.

Incidentally, SBR has been on record for being anti starnet software for quite some time. BetUSA uses starnet software.

I know where you're coming from on this one - they've kept SportsFanatik on the Run List even after SportingBet came into the picture. I don't necessarily agree with it either.

I've never played at BetonUSA. However, there might be something of substance to the BetonUSa situation, since this "opinion" at SBR is only 1 week old.

assassin:

I assume you are referring to the Pariaction thread at MW, where I copied over my Rx post from the previous night - that's the only thread where I've made any lengthy post in the last few days.

Obviously, it wasn't directed at you (it actually wasn't directed at any individual, more at a particular GROUP of people, and they know who they are).

The only line I can think of that you might think was referring to you is this one:

"I have heard privately from at least one other poster that they have received another bailout offer from a different book.

You were one of two people who mentioned that they had another offer, so I suppose you could take this to be in reference to you, but since I never mentioned your name or the sportsbook's name, I figured there wasn't a problem.

I guess I also posted a response to oldfriend about maximizing a match play in relation to the GA bailout. Again, nothing to do with you at all.

That's how I use a match play, too - accepting 45 or 50 cents on the dollar is selling yourself short.

There have been a couple of complaints on this book. One is being handled by Julie at Gambling.com and at least until we downgraded them they refused to deal with her.

Let me just say that when books completely ignore repeated emails to try to resolve issues it's proven in the past to be as bad of a sign as a bounced check.

It's my understanding that the book is looking to make some corrections and then will be re evaluated.

Thanks Halifax. I thought that was the case, just wanted to be sure.

As I said, 6 of 9 units played to date, running at 60.2%, below the target threshold, but more than acceptable for me at this point. 1 unit active tonight at 50% dog and 67.5% fav return.

Does a "couple of complaints" warrent a blacklist rating? How legitimate are these complaints? I believe if this book was not using sarnet software, it would not be on SBR's Blacklist.

Anyhow, I have dealt w/ these guys for about 6 months. Here are the pluses:

Immediate customer service on the Internet. Their "Live Help" line is always manned and I have never had to wait more than a minute to get someone, regardless of time of day. Nice feature. Contacting them by phone has also been easy and pleasant. I would rate their customer service as "Very Good." As for their payouts. By Pinnacle standards they are are slow. 2-4 business days by Neteller. But this is stated on their website. So if you have a problem with that kind of payout time, don't use them. But they do pay.

The bad side: 20 cent baseball lines. 10x rollover for the 20% bonus.

My experience w/ them this company does not deserve to be on SBR's "Blacklist"

Again though, I am requesting almost a dime payout from them right now. We'll see how it goes

Would be good if the book could correct the issues and move to a brighter future.

Update: I requested a payout (over 1 dime) friday evening. I was told it would be processed on Monday, could take until Tuesday to receive funds. The $$$$ was credited this morning.

As I said, this is a good book with VERY GOOD customer service. And they pay. Never had a single problem with them in the over 6 months I have used them.

I don't understands SBR's 'Blacklist' rating. If you say a book is "slow pay" or is "run poorly" I think comments like those should be backed up with hard evidence.

Used them 1x back in my whore days.
Never requested a payout.
Only complaint I had was I received an unsilicited call from them 1x a home
with a woman asking"you like to bet on sports?"
Didn't appreciate that. Don't need the wife to know anything.
