Journeyman,

Why when i offer an opinion, do you need to be so sarcastic in return. I do not think your style will ever change.

Best of luck

I saw most of Secretariat's races. There's no comparison.

Journeyman: Secretariat wouldn't have had any competition in any year since he won. The horse he beat in the first two legs, Sham, would have destroyed this field and might have been a Triple Crown winner in many other years.

funny cide definitely ran a good race but i dont think i would say it was in league with the great secretariat. if he runs like that in the belmont i may have to change my mind but secretariat ran away with the belmont to the point there were no other horses visible in the screen just awesome and beautiful to see

Boys I think you are getting Secretariat's win in the BELMONT confused with the PREAKNESS today. If memory serves me I don't think Secretariat won the Preakness by that great a margin. However, victory margin in Belmont was something like 20 lengths. Am sure someone will look it up and let us know.
