In your experience with Customer Service Clerks at books...who is the TOP one in your opinion and why

I have met a few, Justin , Fred Bill..all great guys BUT

My vote goes to

David at RIO...this is guy is the nicest guy I have met in a long time..I have been talking to him for about 4 mos and he is always pleasant. always a happy to see you type guy...
He does not get much pay but if he lived in the states he would make a fine customer service manager ....IMO Thank you david for being you! it is appreicated by many

RIO is deifinately top notch in customer service.

The Aussie books are clearly a cut above in CS.

GRANDE also good, handle requests fast.

No doubt for me it is both Jenny and D.T. at betpci.
They sent me WU in the phillippines when I really needed it. They have always been willing to go the extra mile to make me happy, which is hard to do.

I agree Dante. David is the best i have dealt with as well.

Gone out of his way a few times to help me out, similar to what Cecil described (not in the philipines..lol), and that sort of thing you don't forget.

BHB and Hollywood are right up there as well. Very helpful CS imo.

Scotty at ROYAL is one of the best CSD managers around. Hopefully if & when the buy/bailout is complete he will have the power to staff Royal with more reps like himself and turn Royal around.

I like the greek as a book..but the CS is not very friendly.... although I must say WALLY has done things for me ...he seems to be top notch in my book...but the clerks that answer the phone do not seem friendly to me

The Cs guys at Rio seem like the best to me. I've also had great experiences working with Randy at betpregame. Wally at the greek help bail me out of PTS. And Alex at betpsi has also done some favors for me.

What put Rio over the top for me is the few times I had problems with the website they helped me fix it. They didn't waste my time by asking me to delete the cookies and nonesense like that.

Really my only complaint too..
Great book imo. Just horrible cs.

Looks like RIO got the best overall. Not surprising at all.

There's a girl who, IMO, goes above & beyond the call of duty at Carib. I will try to find her name. But still giving all props to the fine customer service at Caribsports. Top notch.

Bovada hands down - They are quick to respond, professional, pleasant, and best of all competent.

unfortunately my deposit methods stopped working there so I don't use them anymore

I miss betjamaica.. they had the best customer service in the entire industry imo

Annie at Ezstreet is a close 2nd though :toast:

Scott @ Justbet just drinks all day so he is pretty "friendly" but thats about it.. @)

And his job title means he just golfs all day I think now?
