Yea..Couldnt agree with you more. I dont speak to them much on the phone, but when I first signed up I inquired about the bonus. The broad on the other end sounded like she had a mouth full of marbles. For me, they are one of those shops I deal with exclusively online. It can get frustrating because their site can often be down at times. I concur with your correct impression of their shitty CS. It certainly leaves a lot to be desired. Nonetheless, the nickel overnight sides more than make up for this.
