As the subject says, how do you get Robert to do anything with these guys? They have owed me $900 since last JULY, and over 1100 total. I have received exactly one reply from robert@playersbet.com in that time, promising payment by mid March. That obviously didn't happen. Support does nothing but refer me to him. How do neteller, firepay, etc. allow them to continue collecting money?

I know plenty of you have had problems with them in the past. It was only after I started reading complaints here that I realized I had to get my money out of there. Unfortunately that is much easier said than done.

guildda,

I have contacted PB & spoke with Alan, who says that Robert is away until next Monday. Alan was able to verify your account and the pending withdrawal. Hopefully Robert will get a message & we will be able to get the monies owed to you. Alan was very nice & polite in discussion.

2 1/2 years ago I hit these guys for $4000 on a $300 deposit. They gave me the runaround for 2 months. I called and talked to Carlos every day. After 2 months of getting a total runaround, they did finally pay. I never played with them again because it was obvious that $4000 was a lot for them.

Don't forget that the sister site BetWorldwide, is just as hard to get money out of. They have been 'processing' a withdrawal request of mine since last December.

They can't afford anything but low
limit players. Most cashouts get
slow-paid. Amazing that the Shrink
leaves them on the PREFERRED LIST.

Well Alan actually called me today asking for my neteller e-mail address (this had been sent to them many, many times, but whatever..) He said it would take 5 minutes for it to be in my account, but that was 7 hours ago. I'll give them a call tomorrow morning. Hopefully this is coming to an end. Thanks again for all everyones help.

Well I just got off the phone with them. Apparently only my withdrawl of 213 has been approved thus far. I can 'expect it in 20-25 minutes' via Neteller. I have to continue to bug Robert about the 9 months late $900.

update: the $213 was in fact sent

Their website says withdrawal limit is $1000 per week. That says it all right there. Pretty sad they are only allowing $1000 a week, and they can't even cover that.

Apparently they are under new management.. With this comes the lovely catch of new wagering requirements on my 10 month old cash in of $900. Don't know how thrilled I should be. Here is the message they say old management was supposed to send, but I never received:

Due to the state of unforeseen circumstances ranging from customer fraud and problems with credit card processors, combined with past payout problems, we have reached an agreement with another company to handle past debt. After reviewing all options we have come to the following solution. Another company has agreed to acquire our company and will try to settle as many accounts as possible.

We have tried to come up with other solutions and in the end the option below is the best we can provide. All past payout debts will be accepted with the following conditions:

1. Maximum payout per customer will be $1000.00

2. All money will be added back to customer’s accounts (max $1000).

3. Customers must play their balance at least 5 times over. Meaning, that if your balance is $200.00 you must play at least $1000.00 before you will be able to cash out any funds.

4. No past payouts can be cashed out before November 6, 2003.

Customers with a balance of $300.00 or under, different rules may apply to you. Please email Troy@playersbet.com for any questions you may have.

New management will take over on Tuesday May 6, 2003. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. This is the best possible way we could find to try to get our customers their money back.

The person you can contact with any questions can be contacted at troy@playersbet.com. Once you have email him, he will instruct you as to his hours of availability, and how to contact him by telephone.

Thank you for your time and patience.

Sincerely,
Robert
