Having trouble with Pinnacle software - help please

I goto cashier... choose neteller transaction..

There is a screen that says deposit and withdraw. If you choose "withdraw" it goes back to the main screen where you choose a method. It doesn't take you to the neteller withdraw page! How can i get my money out?

tekari....why go public instantly pinny is a premier book...maybe its a glitch in the site..good post pancho...maybe even pick up the phone CALL them first???

ok I see what is happened: the actual link on the neteller withdraw button points back to the main cashier page! Watch if any of you want to withdraw using neteller try it.. the link just loops you back out to the main cashier page.

This is not just my problem... I tried it on a few different computers.

I did email them no response yet.

tekari. I just logged in and did witdraw a little box comes up for me to put my neteller and amount...its a pop up maybe you should unblock popups

is the page for deposit... but the withdraw link points me to the cashier page

Works fine for me. However if I turn on the old popup stopper, it does exactly what you described.

Yeah great title for the thread. I am really sick of idiot posters alarming people with misleading titles in threads. I saw another forum where someone posted a thread "Anyone having withdrawal delays at this book" and it turned out it was about a 2 hour wait for a Neteller payout!! Please change the title of this thread to "How Can I Do This" or something like that.
