I never had a problem using neteller with my debit card from my other bank.Now I recently moved out to LV and today was my first time since trying to post up online.My debit card keeps getting declined.And for you smartasses yes there is money in the acct.I thought I read somewhere that some banks are not letting customers send money to neteller because they know it could be going offshore for gambling,or something along those lines.Does anybody have insight?
