has anyone else at sometime mysteriously have there hotmail accounts closed out of the blue? I was just in it 3 days ago and sent several messages, Also A "foreign lady" somehow got ahold of my cell which NO ONE knows and asked for me about a sportsbook IN CR (MVP) I almost crapped my pants because It was related to lifesabet.com. They was trying to convince me to give them some info and that I should make a deal with them. So I forwarded them to the appropriate people and never heard from them again. But latly several personal emails have had password switches, accounts closed, and "account pending" with yahoo, hotmail, email.com and several others.

BOYS BE CAREFUL WITH THE MEN IN BLUE.

Hello mr **********,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft .NET Passport.
You encountered sign in problems because we have closed your Hotmail
account [luckeypower@hotmail.com] in accordance with the Hotmail Terms
of Use (TOU). When a Hotmail account is closed because of TOU
violations, the .NET Passport is also closed.

Thank you for understanding.

Sincerely,

Abegail

Hotmail does not allow you to use your account to harass others. If you receive harassing e-mail, you should report it immediately to abuse@hotmail.com so that we can take action. The accounts of offenders are terminated as soon as the violation of the Terms of Use (TOU) is verified.

The TOU states: "You agree to abide by all local, state, national or international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account or password, including the content of your transmissions through the Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to:

Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
Publish, distribute, or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful material or information."
To view the complete Terms of Use document, click TERMS OF USE at the bottom of any page in Hotmail.
