Buying on & off the 3 in football

Does anyone know of any book that only charge 10cents to buy on and off the all holy 3 in the NFL ?

The problem with the books that sell on and off of 3 for 10 cents usually can't pay you.

I second Pancho's comments. The cheap vig off the 3 is one of the reasons Sports Market/Aces is no longer around. They got killed last season with so many games hitting the number.
