You deposit 500. and are given a 10% bonus ($50). Now your balance is 550. When they say 3 times rollover to withdraw the bonus, does this mean 3 times 550 or does it mean 3 times the 50?
Or neither of these?

3 times the initial deposit. So in your example it would be 500. Ofcourse you dont have to bet 500 and then bet the whole thing again. It just means you have to give them 1500 in total action.

Well books can vary on this, its best to ask each individual book...And they can also have different criteria as to what they consider "action given"...some will count amount risked as action...other will count amount the amount you are trying to win....

line of -170

170.00 could be considered "action given" by one book while another may only count it as 100.00

It really depends...ask up front, is what I do...

First time I ever got a bonus, (WSEX) so not sure how it worked. It's a pretty damm good deal either way. After going 1-9 in college football over the weekend, If the Cards win tonight and are leading-I'll be 8-0! Haven't turned the $ over because I'm small player.

Thanks for the info.

As JMan says, it varies.

Given a $500 deposit plus a $50 bonus, most books (~80%) do it the way Fishhead described ... (500 + 50) x 3 = $1,650 in wagers required.

A few do it the way Olympic and BetJamaica do it ... they have a 4x rollover, but it's 4x your deposit only. So on a $500 deposit with $50 bonus, it's 500 x 4 = $2,000 in wagers required.

Some make you roll over your transfer fees (Neteller, WU, etc.) in addition to deposit and bonus. The V.O. Group does this (V-Wager, MVP, etc.).

Then a few others are different altogether.

WSEX bonus rollovers are calculated as Fishhead described ... (Deposit + Bonus) x Rollover Factor

I would think the "in trouble books" would make it extremely complicated and offer a high % as a bonus.

With WSEX--I don't worry --just curious.

Anyone know the rules at skybook. If I bet 175 to win 100 does 175 count toward rollover or does 100? IF it is 100 than I would asume that if I bet the dog the winning amount would count?? Rio shill where are you??

Thanks Halifax. I was pretty sure that was the way it worked, but just wanted to be sure. I did read that no withdrawal can be made until rollover is completed. You cant even forfeit the bonus. Not that this is a problem as it usually takes me around 3 to 5 days to roll over, but it is nice to know the rules.
