I might as well change my name to Rio Shill II. But they sure do take care of me. I recently won a contest, game #5 NBA Finals, some Motown -10 prop. So the contest/dinner money was subject to 4X rollover. At the sametime as NBA ended I was downloading and withdrawing from SKY. Oops, you forfeit contest winners if you withdraw without completing rollover requirements. Being I popped my cherry with this one, I really did not know that. So Mike in SKY customer service E-mailed me to ask what to do? I never responded as I check E-mail on that account weekly. He was good enough to take contest winner out, let me withdraw, and put it back in. Of course I have met rollover now. But I feel many stores would have got me on that one. Maybe it is Karma since I was pretty cool about the cigar fiasco, which turned out A+. I want to thank Mike here, for thinking outside of the box, and saving my contest winner/dinner. That was A++. You see a lot of posters here, the majority, who just post negativity and bad situations about books. I try to stand up and say both.
