i would love to know who this loser is... sorry, I mean poster..

I can't believe this guy here just called himself zxcvbnm... Why would anyone call themselves the whole row of letters on the bottom row of the keyboard? Was this guy too lazy to think of a name to call himself, so he decides to use the last line of the keyboard..

because the NBA draft is all about potential nowadays not about a proven player. Nelson has improved every year in college, he will be a good pro. His upside may not as high as these high school players but his downside isn't as low. Every NBA GM is trying to hit a homerun instead of getting a known thing.

At 6-0 he is considered by some a little small, also propensitity for turnovers doesn't help. He will go in 1st round somewhere.

Miami should grab him ...

Wade & Jameer could be fiercesome together ...
better than Francis and Mobley

What I find amazing is how anybody can get excited about the NBA draft.

I was a little disturbed that Clarett wasn't able to be drafted, but now I'm thankful for the NFL's firm stance on age.

All these kids are DESTORYING the draft. For every LeBonics James there are 50 washes.

Funny thing is every report i read he absolutely outplayed Telfair is every predraft workout, absolutely kicked his ass.

Once again just want to say that every dam GM is trying to hit a home run. Why not take substance?

20. Denver: Jameer Nelson, PG, Saint Joseph's

It was puzzling that the Nuggets got so fortunate. Jameer Nelson was the college player of the year and a superb point guard for four years. He's tough, a clutch shooter and fearless. It's hard to figure out why he didn't go earlier, considering who went in front of him. But his limitations in size and defense came into question, and it's even more confusing considering the Nuggets just signed point guards Andre Miller and Earl Boykins last summer.

Orlando has really screwed themselves. The trade for Jameer was nice and gives them what could be a fantatic point guard.Should keep/kept McGrady.....drafted Okafor.....and folowed through with the trade for Jameer Nelson and things would of been looking up.Just makes absolutely no sense at all what this team has been thinking lately...

It was pretty much a known conclusion that the Magic weren't going to take Okafor. They are scared of his back because of the G. Hill situation. Instead of taking chances on a proven player at a higher level, they passed on him via their own parinoia.

Yeah just what the Magic needed, another guy that can score, but will be a defensive liability. You just can't get away with be 6 feet in the NBA very easily. You have to be a serious stud on offense or be very good defensively positioning yourself (ask Derek Fisher) or else you can't be much of a factor. He will have to light it up like Tony Parker or else the Magic will continue to be a sorry defensive team.

Future 1st-round pick. Haven't seen any details, but I'm sure it has some sort of lottery-protection.
