Guys,
This is very simple.
They are rusty even after their 4 days rest on the day of the game throwing to real batters. This crap of warming up in the bullpen with a catcher will not work. This is all you need to do.
On the day of the game before it starts go into the bullpen and have a right and left handed batter stand in with the catcher.
Even if it is just for X amount of pitches.. Because this SH1T of first inning massacres is GETTING OLD
