Ok I bounced a few ach's, but I have paid most of them.... now they are threatening me. Saying I committed a felony>>> They are saying all this BS about fraud and so on... i would like to see what a district attorney would say about this? Anybody besides dell dude have the same thing happen to them.

I had a problem with a ach not clearing cause of some technical snafu, that was not my fault.
I had to go & make a moneygram deposit & talk to security for several phone calls, & never did quite figure out wtf happened. (something to do with wrong check no. entered into wrong field), but the pain in the ass is that they called me 2 months after the "said" transaction. It was a blah, blah, blah situation.
(Maybe tell them you'll make some payments on a regular schedule)

dodger u are not supposed to write bad ach transfers. for those who dont know it is basically a check ach( automated check )

Lakerfan....Just wondering if you could elaborate a bit? I use the card for both deposits and withdraws, and compared to western union payouts, it's quicker and cheaper. (I'm sure this differs depending on sportsbooks) Just wondering if there are any red flags waving in my face that I am totally missing.....Thanks for any info
