I have been a reader of these forum for years but never posted. I have many friends that also read these forums as well but will never post because of some of the childish B.S. that some posters bring here. You seem to be weeding them out which is a good thing.
So I may be a newbie poster but I am an oldtimer as a reader (lurker is the term you use)
