I understand your point, but bringing this into a public forum with a top notch book, isn't the way to go bout it. Email them or call and ask to speak to a clerk at their wagering department and he or she will talk to someone while you are on the phone and it will be graded immediately. But if your NOT near a phone so be it but in todays world a phone is usually within a few steps!
Chris is just the prop linesmaker, he is not in charge of grading. Clerks are poorly trained. The upper management is weak in the customer service deaprtment. They are more than fair in disputes, but to get something accomplished at Oly can take up to 4 days at times.
As long as they is fair in the customer disputes I am happy. Like they were on a mistake I make one time and I say thanks you. What you want? They to lick your anus?
