You will be hard-pressed to find any legitimate exchanger who will accomodate you. PayPal spends are reversible and e-gold spends are not, which exposes the exchanger to a massive possibility of fraud; additionally, PayPal has an history of interference with e-currency exchangers, which does not help your prospects.
Your best bet is to find someone who uses both and simply work out a trade with them. I'd visit the
official e-gold discussion list and see if you can find someone who will make a swap with you.
