I have never read or purchased any of Andy Iskoe's material before. But I have always read many good things about him. I was wondering what others think about his NFL Workbook that have purchased it? Thanks.

I have bought his stuff that studies why teams cover the line. Very theoretical without a lot of direct application, but has some revealing nuggets of info that you can incorporate into your thinking.

I have a VERY LOW opinion of Andy Iskoe and his handicapping methods. I would not pay 5 cents for any of his materials.

Got a hold of his picks last year. To say the least, if you get them, always fade his double plays. I quit reading his emails after about the 10th week of the NFL.

Fellas, thanks. I'm getting ready to
order my Dad a couple of black jack and
poker books from The GBC for his birthday.
I was debating adding the Iskoe Annual to my
order for myself. I always purchase the
Al O'Donnel PointSpread PlayBook and the
MTI/Killer Sports Annual every year from GBC.
I was just curious if maybe I was missing out
on some good reading material.

WildBill, thanks for the info about his Book.

RailBird, thank you Sir. I always come in to
forum and ask for reviews before I make any
purchase from The Gamblers Book Club.

Fishhead, thanks my friend. I always check
with you guys for opinions, before making any
reading material purchases from GBC. The last
item I purchased was the Roxy "Management" book
(that you & mvbski mentioned) and was well
worth it.

Ballistik, thank you Sir. I never pay for any
tout's picks. I make a few purchases from GBC
each year (Blue Ribbon College Annuals, Al
O'Donnel's PointSpread PlayBook, MTI/Killer
Sports NFL & NBA Annuals & Schedule Log's).
I had read a review about the Iskoe WorkBook/
Annual and wanted to check with the forum for
what I would feel would be more honest reviews.

Kevy- Your welcome, glad you enjoyed it.

The other books you mentioned are very good also and have purchased them in the past.

The O'Donnell book is a must.

I would recommend picking up the GOLD SHEET newsletter a couple times a year(if you dont subscribe),maybe at mid-season and at the start of December..........not for the selections, but just for an occassional good read and to pick up some nice tidbits that can prove useful heading into the bowl season.
