Pinnacle is great but their lines are tough to beat.
Olympic is great (my favorite book by far) because of the props and the fast deposit/withdrawals. I never wait more than a few minutes for a Neteller withdrawal.
WSEX is better now that their software is upgraded and they offer free Instacash deposits.
CRIS is also up there because their lines come out really early and they always pay quickly.
These are personal experiences with these books Raw. They're all top flight books IMO.
Reduced juice wise Skybook gets a lot of pub here but I've never played there.
