Convince is a strong word, simply saying the offshore industry will be impacted in the next couple of weeks is pretty vague. Personally I'm taking the statement with a grain of salt. Lots of things could happen both positive and negative in the next two weeks, until something does its best to apply normal due dilligence. Business as usual.
