Hello Rick from Don Best, I have spoken with your customer service about a hard copy owner's manual/user's guide for your premium service. I thought for $550. a month one should be provided. I was told one may be in the works. Is there one in the works, or was I just being shined? If one is in the works, any ETA? Thank You...OF

I know there is help screens, but going in and out of them to try what they help is really frustrating....

General,

I’m sorry, but yes it is. We only use the card to confirm identity and to stop people from getting multiple free trials. We do not charge the card nor do we not pull the old “If you don’t cancel before the trial is up, then we are going to charge your card” move either.

you have no credit limit anyway general so what are you worried about they can only charge 5$ max on your card

Maybe you could explain why when you download Don Best why your servers from Cary, North Carolina try to browse your entire computer. My Norton Internet Security Professional has identified these so called "Intrusions" on four occasions the last 30 days. What is the purpose of this? Is it intentional? Are you trying to install adware?

I consider the DON BEST line feed to be the BEST (pun intended) that this industry has to offer, period...

There may be imitators, but they provide a product that suits both the recreational gambler and the wise guy...

When I travel to CR and elsewhere to visit sports books, if they aren't tuned into this forum, it's because they are on DON BEST...

the new version of express odds( not the old FREE express odds) is basically worthless in my opinion. 2 hours before a game starts they color the whole screen so even if the odds change you wont know it unless your looking at it when it changes. not to mention as someone else says they refuse to make some books update there lines like everyone else. you ever get a correct line from intertops on there you've really done something.

infact i wouldnt use the thing now if it was STILL FREE....its all but useless. took me awhile to get over not having it. like heroin it is addictive. but you have much better lines right here at the r/x. dont waste your money. IMO only.
