All the Beltran homers in the series couldnt amount to One Sammy Sosa Game Winning Homerun.

Cubs win division
Astros try to trade for more to stay close
And Cardinals just got swept by the Pirates.

Bet placed on Cubs to win division and the National league.

I really liked Houston, but I'm not so sure now...Cubs or Houston seem like the obvious choices still with all their pitching....

man, the books have to be loving all these cub future bets. they will surely go up in flames...just like they do every year.

i bet you each sportsbook owner puts another wing on his mansion every october when the cubs fail to win a pennant, let alone a world series.

They have the Ace of Diamonds in Mark Prior...you just can't write scripts any more fitting or should I say predictable than what happened last October when Chicago and Boston both imploded!
