Destination Poker is destined to go nowhere but to the dustbin. Apparently the management of this casino feels that "bonus abusers" are ok only if they lose. If they win, well that's another story.

The following is from a stiffed player:
Destination Poker owes me $10,200 won in Video Poker. They are claiming I would be a bonus-abuser even though the deposit I generated my winnings from did not even have a bonus involved. The withdrawal was requested on the 24th of May. The Casino kept ignoring me for weeks, but today finally informed me about their decision via telephone.
So I contacted the casino to get their side of the story, and to find out what specifically this player had done wrong. The casino manager responded and explained that this player was on a "negative database" with 12 other casinos. Apparently, this database is not of evil players who make chargebacks and play fraudulently, these are players who use bonuses and win. The manager went on to say "What he did with us was pretty classic bonus abuse. He made a big deposit and got the maximum possible bonus we offer and lost it fast. Then deposited, took no bonus and won and cashed out immediately."

And he pointed me to their Terms and Conditions:
Our promotions are designed for genuine players and not for professional gamblers such as members of gambling syndicates and any individuals that have been banned from play in Las Vegas or Atlantic city. Bonus abusers may have their bonuses or winnings voided at any time.
So he's a bonus abuser, but he didn't use a bonus to win. Since this player was allowed to play, the casino should have paid him his winnings and THEN banned him. What if this player had lost? Would the casino refund his deposits? I think not.

These sort of flaky vague rules are enforced by managers bent on either tricking or abusing players out of their winnings. Tactics like these are completely unacceptable in this industry.

This is a relatively new casino, but I have reason to believe that they are directly associated with Connect-to-casino, Portifino, and Hamptons Casino. There are also indicators that the management has worked with the Virtual Casino group in the past as well. I have reliable sources that have confirmed this. And in my opinion, this information is correct.

Avoid this casino at all costs.
