No: When wagering on total runs (over/under) the game must go 9 innings (8.5 if the home team is ahead) to have action.

So far it has only gone 7.5 innings.

Moneyline wagers would be good to go though.

i got the over.... here are the rules...
2 outs in the bottom of the 8th... rules are
When wagering on total runs or run lines, the game must go the regulation 9 innings, or 8.5 innings if the home team is leading, otherwise it will constitute a "No Action" wager, and all money will be credited accordingly

Like I said, still a no go. Only 7.5 innings have been completed.

8.5 innings are complete when the Top of the 9th is done.
