When may I ask questions

It seems that Wil thinks there is a quota post that must be reached before questions may be asked. What's the quota and why does this exist? Who may I talk with besides Wil on this issue? ..................

What's with the paranoia. You off the meds or on weed? If I have an agenda point it out to me because there is none. Do you have the munchies? It would help me to answer the question that I asked.

I left the thread up, what else to you want. What is your obsession with paranoia? You know nothing about me, yet imply I am on drugs, a most juvinile and insulting insuation. I would appreciate it if you would cease with any personal attacks.
