Ellen, there are many books out there that dont put horse racing bets back into the pool. Isnt that the reason we bet horses offshore, so the bet never hits the windows? Ive heard Pinnacle puts all horse wagers back into the pools, stay away. Putting $20 doubles back into the pools is a joke. Send the action my way, I'll book it. I am a avid horse bettor and I know how hard it is to win.

Jim, if I was to win 10 straight baseball games would you lay off my action to Vegas? If you sign up to bet horses offshore, you are signing up for your action not to hit the pools. If the books are going to start putting your action into the pools they should let you know so you can take your action elsewhere.

Rare indeed are consistiently winning horse players. I don't care what book a winning horse player bets at, sooner or later it will get someone's attention. When it does his (or her's) horses will get backed by others. Eventually some money, no matter what, is going to find it's way into the track pools. The only real defense a winner has other than throwing in a few intentional bad bets (un-advised), is playing as close to post as possible. Frankly I really don't know what Pinnacle or any other off-shore book does with day in and day out action when it comes to track pools. Perhaps the best course of action is to ask the book itself what happens to your bets.

Larry those books you are talking limit bets and payoffs pinnacle did notbuthad a 15000 cap but I never expect to win more than that at pinnacle you could get paid full amount pinnacle has been great but larry I sure will keep it in mind. I have used almost all of them either they barred me or put me into pools ,at small tracksnot going into pools better than a 20% rebate . there are books that pay full track odds on win but cap exotics at 300 to 1 I play for that one dollar tickets that get the supers 3s 4s . Pinnacle was perfect but I believe its over oh welllarry maybe we could work out some arrangement in the future would you be willing to post. would pay full track odds?. same deal at pinnacle has right now even would consider cap. All harness tracks.I am not that big of bettor you can not win any think all you could do was lose.Wihlem that will give you a canned answer I believe they put the thoroubreds into pools. but have been harness I believe are now booking to risk figure . some go in some dont
Wilhem are you saying the books will come in on top of you .Ihave not found that off shore. but years ago locals would most of them give up before you make a score . the winners are few and far between sometimes because then you win a big pot.I am getting to sound like braggard .I am starting to sound like people I cant stand , just in one of those moodsI have got attention for all of them because I bet smalland win large and dont go off.I love betting offshore but the only thing I can beat is horses.I have been doing it for a lot of years but the last 5years have been the best because with rebates and not going into pools it is the best time ever to bet horses .I am off my soapbox now hope to meet some of you people in Vegas

Not for nothing but back25 years ago I was working for 5 different "BIG" people and was playing at each of their shops! Well i hit no exaggeration 30 games in a row well once I hit 8 or 9 in a row I know of at least 3 of my boss's that edged off all action I gave them plus bet an additional 5 dimes for themselves on top! They made close to 200,000$ following my plays by edging off! Well then I lost almost as many in a row . Bottom line is if you are hot YOUR ACTION will get edged off unless they have action to balance it out!
