just got paid by carib to pre paid atm took all of 3 minutes. beat that. on the way to the local atm machine. life is good. go minny tonight on the way to vegas ( gvr)

Does anyone know if Carib requires you to pay back all your neteller or prepaid deposits before using another method to withdraw?

For example..

If you deposit 3000 by neteller to carib, could to withdraw whatever amount you wanted by prepaid ATM?
