Who were the first books to appear on the Don best screen that are still around?

I am looking at my screen and it looks like the first ones were in this order:
1)CRIS
2)WWTS
3)Rio
4)Olympic
5)Jazz (Pelican)
6)Grande
7)pinnacle
8)Cascade
My all time favorite is no longer up there. Del Mar was the nuts. Their numbers were so good that I would make tons just betting other offices against their leans. Way stronger than Pinnacle.

Going way back DB carried Vegas Sportbooks, like Stardust, Mirage, Hilton, Horseshoe etc. and had "The Islands" listed - which was really the line from a major bookmaking office operating in the Dominican Republic, then finally (after a few stops) Costa Rica.
