It can be used by scalpers. But has a lot of plusses for any sports bettor. I pay $550. per, and it is easily worth it to me. I think you need to have everything else first. Bankroll, PC setup, and business plan. You would just go broke paying Don Best if you put the cart before the horse. I only use it from Aug-Jan. And could drop it in Dec.
