Marlins pitching?

Is it just me or does it seem like the Marlins pitching is not dominatimg the way they should be with their rotation?

Marlins starting pitching is pretty solid. Except for Benitez, the bullpen totally blows.

Beckett has been hurt and Burnett is still not all the way back. Pavano and Penny have had to carry the load. The bullpen is pretty bad, and the D-Train is coming back to earth. Tejera is a good fill-in, but not a top-notch guy.
