Last of the holdouts converted over to new updated, but still seems to lock in. Java based? Banking still under construction. Going to take some time to get used to as old software there for many years...Best Wishes...OF

I tried closing it, or closed some subscreen and got the old session error dreaded time out. It still appears to be an attached time program. Cannot have ponds that time out, lock your password out. Have plenty of time to test it. Was hoping for same program as rest of world, not this...Best Wishes...OF

Jazz was the shop where you had to call into make your future bets. No where on their site could you look for your future plays,as they were written down and put in some folder for later use.You had to have someone in customer service to e-mail your futures and half the time they wouldn't match up and it turned into arguments and stress and I was thinking " what the hell is this" I got out and never looked back

I think the software is worse. This BLR software is ancient. A book of jazz's caliber should really go for better software and stop penny pinching. They can run jazz, abc, looselines and any other book they have in there call center off ASI and split the costs. It's a real shame they are so cheap and are using this BLR garbage.

huggy, my sentiments exactly, makes them net unfriendly...call in only, and I am not set up for that, more point and click. You run the same software at all shops. Not good...Best Wishes...OF

I had nothing but bad experience with them as all of my futures were hidden in their own personal file where nobody but their staff had access to seeing them. When I called them, their customer service was terrible. Their software was HHHHOOOrrribbblllleeee ! Who needs that anyway when there are so many great books out there ?
