I tried calling and the lines are busy. They won't respond to my e-mail. The phone numbers I have called are 1-888-333-6867 and 1-800-321-8481. Does anyone have a backup phone number or been able to reach them today. Thanks

I am very sorry for not replying to your email sooner. I am out of the Country and was shocked to find out that at 12pm our International phone company (Intelco) had not paid their phone bill. The carrier cut the International numbers without notice and I have been busy all day and night working on a solution. For now please call 011-501-225-2225

Any long distance charges incurred will be reimbursed by Worldsportcenter.

I am sorry for any inconvenience. I hope to have this problem resolved today.

It scares me when one guy seems to be running the whole show.

A well established book would have more than one *goto* guy.

Worldsportscenter.com maybe become a great book, but for now, I will do business with more well established books. To much risk involved

Please understand I am in charge of customer service and posting sites like the RX. If you need to talk to a WSC rep you can speak to several. Gina ext223, Faheem ext224, maria ex225, .....and so on.

If you need to talk to a divisional suprivisor ask for Rudy or Jordana and they will be happy to help you.

I am the suprivisor for CS and thought it would be a good idea to list my contact info for anyone that needed to speak to me directly.

Sometimes it is not the size of the company, but the one on one personal service a player receives that makes the difference.

Hi this is Gina in Customer Service. To make a cashout request, please do not do so by email, as we may be slow in responding, and addressing it due to the large volume of emails that we receive. The proper procedure would be to go to the cashout link on the site, and your cashout will be done in minutes, as usual!! Thank you for playing at WSC!!

Still do not see an answer to Lander's question regarding the 2 differences in Neteller withdrawl fees. Everybody needs to get on the same page first I guess, no?

It will be fixed very shortly, to make available only the correct one. Thanks, WSC Customer Service

Update on phone lines:

We are still waiting for information on our International phone lines. Intelco, our provider did not pay their International phone bill. It seems their provider cut them off. They
are now working on a voip system with MCI. We hope this will be running by Monday.

The reason we do not have a backup phone system
is because the owner of Data Pro and Intelco
did not allow it. We have since arranged a deal with the largest provider in Belize (BTL)for fiber but still cannot find a solution for backup 800 #.

I will have meetings all this week to try and come to an agreement with BTL to also provide us with International support.

Again I am very sorry for this situation and hope that the problem will be fixed as soon as possible.

For all our members please send an email with any long distance charges for calling our BZ number and it will be credited to your account.
You can also call collect if you like to place a wager.

I would also advise anyone thinking about moving their SB to Belize to please contact me.
