PrePaidATM stability?

I ave a freind working for RTG casino who said to me that RTG corp. put a warning notice ou to all its memebers regarding PrePAidATM. The warning notice was sent sometime last week. Has anyone heard the same thing, something similar, or had any probs getting cash out of PPDATM.

What did the warning say was the reason?

I did receive an email from Phoenician Casino (RTG) that they no longer were accepting Prepaid ATM.Does make you wonder what the reason would be.I've never had a problem with them up to this point though.

no i did not get the spesifics on the warning other than merchants were warned about balance risk. I was wondering if people were having trouble getitng $$ out of ppdatm b/c i did a test with my friend and person to person transfer works fine.
I will add info as i get it. I dont want to misslead anyone so when i get some more solid info regarding specifics of warning i will pass it on. Last thing we all need in more rumors and unreliable statments.

here is a copy/paste of the warning notice that RTG sent out to all owners

Urgent: For ALL PrepaidATM withdrawal transactions, check for the existence and status of the withdrawal transaction in your PrepaidATM merchant account. Currently there is a bug where PrepaidATM withdrawal transactions are approved in your merchant account but are denied in the casino. Our programming department is in contact with PrepaidATM and together we are working on a solution
