Skybook’s 2004 – 2005, Bikini Calendar

Roughly 3 weeks ago Skybook commenced the production of a 14 month bikini calendar. The calendar lists international holidays, important sporting events and many membership benefits found exclusively at Skybook. Shot and photographed in one of Costa Rica’s most exclusive locations, this 14 month bikini calendar is sure to keep you motivated all throughout this year’s football season.

New and existing customers alike will be eligible to receive Skybook’s Bikini Calendar starting September 14th, 2004.

NOTE – The pictures shown below were taken by one of Skybook’s marketing representatives with an amateur digital camera. The actual calendar was photographed by one of Costa Rica’s leading photographers with sophisticated equipment in order to meet our high levels of quality assurance.

We hired a professional modeling agency for this project. The models that you'll see in the calendar were picked after a screening season that was composed of over 35 professional bikini models.

Each model went through a Q&A session and a few test photo shots before making the final selection. Belive me, their fee for a 4 hour photo session was far greater than your nightly "kicks with chicks" at the DelRey .

We hope that you'll enjoy Skybook's 04-05 calendar.

Below is a short story of how HALFMAN came to Skybook City to save sports wagering enthusiasts from losing by a half point.

HALFMAN: SECRET ORIGINS

Planet Gambleton, the gaming heart of the galaxy. The whole gambling industry is peacefully and legally alive under the protective wing of the Wager Senate. The president of the Senate, Lord Point, advices that trouble is near, as a terrible political force threatens to invade them and destroy everything they’ve worked for.

They pay no heed to Lord Point’s warnings.

Concerned, he rushes home and talks to his wife Dana Parlay and together they decide that their baby must be evacuated before the Politicians invade Planet Gambleton.

They choose to send him to planet Earth, which is far, far away. The odds of the baby’s survival are -225. The computer estimates the journey will last 24 light years. The concerned parents take the under.

And so, their only son is sent into space just as the Politicians’ army invades Gambleton.

Nevada, Planet Earth. A showgirl from one of the largest casinos in Vegas, Bambi Kent, is finishing her shift, when suddenly a shooting star, flying in too low, catches her attention. She witnesses the star crashing in the nearby desert.

She rushes to her car and drives to the spot where the star fell. Carefully she looks into the crater and is amazed to see that this was no star at all. It’s some sort of space craft and inside…A baby boy.

She takes the baby and some documentation and leaves the starship behind. In the distance, police cars are closing in.

The adoptive mother quickly drives away.

-“I will call you Clerk…That’s as good a name as any”.

Years later, Clerk Kent’s blood summoned him. He begins to take bets on his high-school’s football and basketball games, as well as props on diverse things like which of his classmates will wind up pregnant first. His mother would proudly tell him “My little boy…A respected bookie!”.

When his mother eventually passed away, Clerk found her diary and read all about his origin….His real origin. He then decided to move to Costa Rica, where the online gambling industry was legally established for a number of years now.

With his experience as a bookie, he quickly found a job as a wagering clerk at one of the best companies in the industry: SKYBOOK. Compelled by his blood to help other people wager, he created FREE HALF POINT SPECIALS that would only be found at his headquarters, and save people from betting at other places when they can increase their chances of winning by moving the line half a point in their favor at SKYBOOK. He created an outfit that would let the world know what he was all about, and gave himself the combat name of HALFMAN.

In the top of SKYBOOK’S building, Halfman makes an oath: -“The days of the other sportbooks are numbered. No longer will sports wagering enthusiasts loose by half a point, nor will they ever receive only standard and boring bonuses! Halfman is here!”.

History’s lines have been posted. The adventure begins!
