Question for Royal

Did you guys move your baseball lines? Used to be 10 cents till around 180 now they break at 140 and the 180 is now taking 160 DOUBLE THE JUICE??

I tried to call and ask about this. Talked to people in the betting dept. who then referred me to customer service and I think that dept is still trying to decide if anyone there has a pulse.

This is the area where you make or break a sale with new customers and they didn't even understand what a 10 cent line was.

VERY SAD! THIS BOOK USED TO BE ONE OF THE BEST AROUND.

They were posting overnights for awhile, those are gone now too

I am not playing with you guys anymore so there is nothing to resolve over the phone. just answer these SIMPLE questions here. Unless you are saying if we call in we get some kind of deal with reduced juice vig or something i cannot fathom why you wouldn't want to answer here. This is just a basic question which all books should have a snap answer too.

A decision that moves us closer to what the vast majority of other businesses have. Including the ones advertising on this venue.
We cut much higher than 98% of other book before the All Star break, and received accolades for being soft and easy pickings. Now we cut closer to industry standard. It is just that simple. If you want special treatment, I can provide it. Just call. We can see what can be worked out for you.
If you are not playing, or no longer care to play with us, then I guess the point is moot.
