Perhaps not , but in season. It ain't over until it's over ! Have an over, score is like 12-8, it may yet rain ! Have an under... 6 runs in top of 9th. lead by 4 late laying -1.5... 3 in the 9th !

CBB is right up there too. Hell any sport !

I won't quote specific examples, it sounds too much like bad-beat poker stories. Sorry , just venting a little !

NBA totals I can see, NHL I expect the open net goal, I'd say it's sound strategy to pull your goalie from net down 2 with a minute left.

It's really every sport ! Perhaps soccer, a possible exception, maybe tennis also.

I would guarantee your bad beats equal your uncouscious wins. Sports betting is a marathon.

Baseball is the worst since a lot of the times, the bet is decided in the 8th or 9th inning and wins can become losses in one at bat.

NBA beats are so bad, they are getting to the point that when I watch sportscenter I expect to hear Marv Albert say "YESSS! AND HE SCREWS THE SPREAD AGAIN!!" with a replay of an Atlanta player pumping his fist in slow motion with his head held up,looking off at nothing. then they show the score and the stat highlights, you figure in the spread and it comes to -.5 against you. Linda Cohn is talking, and seemingly excited over nothing except the fact that you lost.

In hoops it comes down to the last 2 minutes most of the times and you get screwed by half a point for a -110 line (both sides and totals). Not worth it. In hockey you can take some bad beats in totals with some empty netters but if your team has the lead its kinda hard to get beaten at the end.

The Majority of games in baseball as in every sport are 50/50 propositions so if you cant recognize which ones are then you will see games that seem to be bad beats

Good luck guys

Always remember the is someone on the other side of that wager you lost. I got lucky today, got the Rockies comeback in the ninth, sure there are a few upset people who bet the Giants. Just part of what keeps people playing I think. If not for the edge of the seat finishes betting would be a lot less popular.

With Giants blowing 3 run lead and Jays blowing 4 run lead B8, today was of a pair of nasty comebacks. I guess it is a bad beat if you had either, a lucky win if you had them. Keeps people in their seats, in front of tv, thinking their is always a chance of a comeback. One or two bad beats should be expected in bases. Candidate for a bad beat, bad closer, Herges 7th blown save! Opposite of him, Cordero for Rangers now 28-2 L30. Closers account for quite a few bad beats, the pens account for most...Best Wishes...OF

It's always relative to which side you bet , nothing earthshattering from Froggie, still respect him.
