pre paid atm has been really odd lately,i have done hundreds of transactions with them without a problem,i tried to do an instant ach the other day and it said it was pending,after about 10 minutes,they sent me an e mail and said it was cancelled,they wanted me to fax them my bank statement,i told them i have done hundreds of transactions and never had a problem and they already had my bank stuff faxed years ago,they still wanted it,i told them to go **** themselves and i was going back to neteller
