This wasnt a "tie goes to runner" situation, this guy beat the throw by at least 2 feet...

And by the way the announcers are talking, this must have gone on last night as well..
What kind of "grading" do these umps go through? is anything ever done about bad calls, if it looks obvious? is there any accountability for a crew that continually messes up?
