These things are usually signs of a bubble. Notice they rarely start when such stocks aren't doing well. Sure enough since it began it has been underperforming the market. Remember all the socially conscious funds? Many were closed recently as they have not done well at all and aren't drawing in investor money.

The problem with the fund is that the expense ratio is too high. Since the fund only owns a handfull of stocks, it would be easy to recreate this fund in your personal portfolio.
