The Gaming Board has currently received a Bank Guarantee covering the claims of mentioned accounts only. This doesn't mean that these accounts will receive full or partial payment, as the Gaming Commission stated they have to "investigate" the claims.
Does this sound literally absurd after all this time ? Yes.

Well now it's the time to DROP THE OTHER SHOE as these guys have been waiting long enough for their money. Soon there will be NOONE to go after and football season will be here again.

while you intensions are noble and your efforts superhuman you have been scammed. TOW, they played you like a fiddle, stall tactics and run a round at the expense of your reputation. The govt. officials do not give a crap about their rep outside of Panama and probably the average Panamanian will not even lift an eyebrow over this. Business as usual and "serves the gringos right" attitude is what fly’s down there so you could cc the Pope and it will not matter.
IMO by placing demands on the junta to seize ALL funds you have just blown the whole thing up. NO CHANCE IN HELL they will do that.

TOW (sigh) I thought you had something of serious value to put REAL pressure on the Panam situation. Although the letter you sent them that is posted on your site is nice it isn't anything. In fact we all thought you have sent something like this already to them. By the way why didn't your international attorneys that you mention in the above letter send it to them and file suit etc??? I'm a little confused now
Btw I thought you represented 23 players and had payment deals set for only the 23 but you mentioned 55 players in the letter you sent the panamanian govt.

23 are the players "allegedly" taken into consideration out of the total of 55 claims filed through me on behalf of owed players.
As clearly stated by Mr Young on the phone last week the claims taken into consideration do not represent a certainty of payment because the Gaming Commission shall "investigate" the claim and its supportive elements before authorizing payment.
It is incorrect to think that we've ever gone to this level of confrontation. The letter, and its content, has been drafted with the support of two Law Firms who do not appear at this stage but will most definitely do should the Gaming Commission fail to react.
There are assets that can, and shall be frozen, to ensure payment to owed parties.
It is time for the Junta de Juegos acts within the terms of Panamanian and International laws.
