i worked with a craps supervisor who had a table in his basement and would go down there for hours a week just setting dice and throwing them and tracking his results trying to look for an edge or to develop some skill. He was retired for a year or so and came back to work, so I guess it didnt pan out.
i think what he is saying is when the table is going good you need to be pressing your bets, yes you cant predict the next roll or past rolls dont guarantee future results, but when your up on the roll or in general, you should become more aggressive with your wagering. We had two seperate rolls on 2 seperate tables that both last over an hr the last week. amazing to see some people on the table walk away up 30, 40k and other guests walk away up 200-300 still with the $12 6 & 8 wagers etc where other guests have $4k plus on the layout on the 7 out.

I always find it amusing when I'm playing craps and someone new comes to the table and asks me how the table's been as though that's going to have some bearing on how successful he is
hno:I know what he's saying. And he's wrong. I've got a buddy that would make the same comment because he walked away with $5k on a table awhile back. Every time that story comes up, I always ask him about him next 8-10 trips after that when he lost every time employing that strategy (at least 3x as much as he won on the one good trip). He always seems to forget about those.
