Books W/ Alt RL that allow pars??

I was wondering if there are any books that will allow you to include an ALT RL game mixed in with a regular parlay card?

I know OLY and Pinny use ALT RL's. But they won't allow me to parlay those games.

Are there any Baseball fans who know about such a book? Any help would be appreciated.

I doubt it ! It's hard enough to find runline to total ( on same game ). On the other hand an alt R/L should be parlayable to a different game, as there is no correlation, probably little demand for it. Some book may do it by special request, don't know who though.

5 Dimes will allow this bet. Just can't do it to a total in the same game.

I think 5 Dimes is the only one that
allows it. Nobody offers a Baseball parlay
player more options than 5 Dimes does.

Bet365 and Olympic would rank second and third respectively on my list of where to play Baseball parlays.

But 5 Dimes is a solid #1 for Baseball parlays.
