How do you ENABLE POP-UPS on your computer?

My computer is not letting pop-ups come up. Please someone tell me how I adjust that to enable pop-ups. thanks.

First Press "Start" button...

then press "turn off Computer"

then press "turn off"

ID - sorry, must be getting tired, I didn't read the post correctly. Frankly I don't know what to tell you as far as enabling pop-ups goes. Maybe un-install any pop blocker you have in your hard drive.

ID what pop-up blocker do you have? I use Google toolbar and you get set particular web addresses to allow pop-ups.

Why doesn't this surprise anyone... everyone else in the free world wants to get rid of pop-ups and ID bitches because it can't recieve them.
