The Convention didn't give Kerry the boost in the polls that was anticipated. From what I've read, he has about the same support coming out of the Convention as going in.

BUYBACK - The line moving down from around -200 or higher to close to pick has created monster scalps so a lot of movement now is being created by buy back. I notice resistance is at -110 (low) and up to around -130 (high). When the number reaches either threshold it reverses. In other words now any plus say 25 cents is a good price for Dems bettors and minus -08 or so is good for Rep bettors. Political betting sees a ton of scalping when there is a close election with a lot of line movement.
